I am into squats and deadlift lately..I found them the bestoverall compound movement. I used to hate them before but in the last 6 months they relly made a difference inmy training..

I do squats and deads to, I think I actually look bigger and alot of people are telling me I look thicker. I swear my legs are hella bigger and my pants are becoming tight in the legs It sucks.

Squats and deads, yep. Those, some rows, and some presses are all I really do for mass.
