Hi all ! Im kinda curious about how many set u people do per bodypart ? i do about :
chest : 16 back : 18 legs : 20 delts : 14 triceps : 12 biceps : 12 (warmup not counted)
What du YOU think works best ?

It depends on wether I'm cutting or bulking. Over the winter I was doing 1 body part per day 18-22 sets per body part. Now I have just finished my cutting cycle I'm doing 2 body parts a day with 12-14 sets per body part.

Back(this includes rear delts, rotator cuff, traps and lower back) 20 sets Chest: 7-9 sets Shoulders: 5-7 sets Quads: 8-10 sets Hamstrings: 5-7 sets Calves: 3-5 sets Triceps: 5-7 sets Biceps: 5-7 sets
