Cant seem to add any thickness to my chest overall. Area where I lack most is inner and lower outer. My routine is as follows:
incline DB 3x10-6 Flat DB 3-10-6 decline or Hammer wide chest 3x10-6 incline DB flyes 3x10
As of recently my strength has gone up....just did 3x10-8-8 with the 100's on incline on tue..probably could have went heavier also. Just always seem to look "flat-chested"

overtraining maybe? maybe even get rid of one incline and concentrate on flat a little more with various grip widths.

Routine actually doesn't look too bad. Maybe check your diet.

try keeping your reps lower too, 6 reps is more beneficial then 10 reps. Your diet would make you gain more muscle mass. Or lose the surronding fat. Your routine looks good. Just make sure your going too failure on everything. You can't isolate your chest you work it all at once.

Diet is pretty good. I am actually cutting right now. Hopefully when I lose a little more BF I will get a good idea on the overall shape. I have noticed the inner getting little more chisled. Also now when im pumped I think it looks alot better than it was looking so I think im on the right track here.... Thanks for the tips...keep ya posted
