to failure or drop to a lower weight
I've been running into alot of points of failure lately, around the 5th to 6th rep and was wondering what some people do.
Would you keep trying and do more reps to failure or switch to a lower weight and do a complete set? | | Reply » to failure or drop to a lower weight |
You're too old to be lifting weights. Have you considered taking up shuffleboard?

Can you re-phrase the question? I'm not sure I quite understand what you're asking.

I keep going and then when i'm stuck my spot helps me out, I can usually get 3 more if i push hard and have a spot. Other times i try and do as many as i can, then rest 15 seconds and crack out a few more. Depends if someone is present to help me.
