Who here has used this program and what were your results. I have used it the last couple of years and I am still getting bigger and stronger. I think it may be the best way to train period, but more so if you are natural.

it seems like a good program it's pretty much what I was doing the whole time. But i didn't rest that long. It has all my favorite excecises in their too.
