No need for complicated back workouts anymore

Well I am a busy man lately but NOT going to the gym is simply out of the question.

so anyway the workouts have been short but intense.

they are so short, but I still wont sacrifice the warm up that should always precide a workout, all you need is 7-10 minites of some faggety cardio machine to do it lol =)

any way here is the back workout.

1)7 minutes warm up on revolving stairs.

2) 5 sets on a pulldown machine pyramid in weight.

3) 4 stes of dumbell rows or hammer stringth row machine pyramiding again.

4) 3 sets (no pyramid) of Deadlifts (any style) till you puke..............dont worry about weight on this one just do as many reps with a medium amount of weight...........

there it is

DAMN...I like that... short sweet and to the point. I have the pleasure of owning my own company, so I work out 5-6 days a week 9:30 - 11:30am. but some days I have a lot of shit to do...so I may use this on these days.

Mine's even less.

Deadlift 1x5
rack pulls 1x5
bent rows 2x5

Works for me. I pull about 700, so I assume I have decent back development.

Yeah. As long as I can add weight or reps each week, I'm happy.
