We did dead's, t'bar's, hammer strength, and then some lat pulldowns. That m.f. is strong. He t-barred with 6 plates, perfect form...AFTER DEADLIFTING!!!

Just wait till I get on the ol' mustard and then i'll be able to keep up!!
