I've heard of people having that problem with Viagra but not Cialis. I have yet to try it.

If it is the former, I can't speak with documentation to back me. I can say I've taken Viagra while not being sexually aroused, and have felt extremely "flushed". From that experience one might then assume that it effects the entire body, but I know there is a specific chemical that is responsible for penile erection of which these drugs act upon.
