I've used it at 1 1/2 times and double the recommended dose and it didn't do anything for me. But I haven't tried anything over the counter that delivered what it promised.

I have been doing 3000mg a day...I noticed nothing?

Has anyone done CLA and noticed results. I just read another post and was about to buy some.
