about 4-6 weeks and then you either get injured or you get burned out.

i stayed on for about two months, i made some great gains off of it. i personally think it is one of the best routines for strength gains. just my 2 cents, good luck if you try it!

I sticked with it for a month..and changed to high pound low reps...which is really effective for me~!
