Hey all. question. I am getting sick of eating the same things so I was thinking of spicing up my diet with some hamburger helper. but I wanted to know if you thought it was not good nutrition. Is it bad to eat hamburger helper? Does it contain trans fat or msg? |

I dont know about Trans fats or MSG but i do know aloyt of people use it to bulk on. I add ground Sirloin and whip it up real quick. Good for a quick meal with calories. I get the Cheeseburger Macaroni....love it when Im bulking.
