I finally got out of my old commercial gym and joined a place that caters to powerlifting. its a little dity but they have evrything anyone could want. chains, bands, boards, boxes etc....real power racks, GHR. I got away from the strict PL style for a little while but I think Ill be slowly getting back to it now that all the equipment is finally available to me. |
