3. Have my pins in as little as 2-3 days discreetly mailed to me.

How is a USPS employee going to see your order?

1.) Just purchase the money order.

2.) Enclose your money order and a copy of your written order in a regular envelope.

3.) Mail the envelope within the USPS envelope provided (as I'm assuming you're sending registered or express).

Even if a USPS were to see your order, ordering pinz is not illegal in most states. I believe a few (such as NY) have limitations/restrictions, but for the most part, the vast majority do not. Check the laws in your particular state.
