machine for the 1st time yesterday . and its official , i will need help to get off the toilet for the next few days lol . my hams/glute has never taken a beating like those 2 medievel torture devices put on them . ive never had access to them before but i found a guy with some amazeing powerlifting machines/equipment/etc. and started training with him . wish my old ass luck  |
