How many of you hit the iron and suck it up even if you have a cold, migrane etc. ? I cannot mentally get past missing a workout for any reason especially when I am cycling. I see it as a waste of juice. Personally I usually feel much better after the workout than if Id stayed home downing NyQuil. |

cough/cold is alright for me headaches/flu and joint pain due to fever is a nono.

Never train when sick. Your immune system gets worked tooooooo hard and could make you worse for longer.

when sick, i take more vitamin C and Vitamin E, up my fluids and sleep alot more.
