im currently holding quite a bit of b/f under my nips i kinda got a fold through my nip which goes diagnally under my armpit ( its not gyno ive seen 3 docs now all sayin it not its just fat) i think its been slowly goin on there since i started training , my bf isnt to high bout 14-15% i am dieting but i was wondering if there was a certain exercise i could do to help tighten up that area

Ricky, I posted about lower chest fat a few times. First off you can make your sholders and upper chest look bigger which kind of makes things look better. Secondly, you honestly just have to drop as much bf as you can. I've been told from reading on other forums that it can be "breast tissue and can never go away", but those are usually forums where it's a surgeon saying that *rolls eyes*. Once I started to drop my bf, it started to look a lot better in that area.

All you can do is add muscle mass and drop body fat. That should change the shape/appearance of your chest but there is nothing you can do to "spot reduce".

Wouldn't it be nice though . For years I always had that fatty looking lower chest where it looks bad when you wear a tight shirt, but at this point I just think I have to drop to an extremely low bf before I can lose the "puffy nip" looking appearance. Even when I'm at around 12%bf my lower chest still looks kinda bad.

and when your droppinsg to like 7-8 % you gotta deal with the mental issue of losing that much wieght im around 220 and bout 14% s0 dropping to that im gona be like 190 or so i havnt been that for like 2 years oh well im sure i,ll feel better for it, Its just something thats gota be done

i'd say hit more weights. increase pounds and reps...and try adding cardio in-between too. wouldn't hurt
