so i'vce found out that m forearms are a bit larger than my biceps. are you like that too??? maybe it'sw because i'm doing that extra grip workout on days...admittedly, i am weak on doing biceps. share your thoughts. thanks |

def cut down on any grip exercises that your doing. my arms measure almost 19 inches cold....never measured my forarms but i doubt there anywhere close...
i think my foreskin is prolly is probably bigger than my forearm

I used to have my forearms bigger than my bis when I weighted 140 lbs. You can notice that if you see my old pics.
I think that if you continue gaining overall size, your arms will get bigger than forearms.
