when i workout i do my first set by doing every exercise in my routine once, then i take a rest. for my second set i do the whole routine over again.
should i be doing my first and second set for each exercise back to back?
basically here's how i do my routine:
1st set:
Tricep Press Abs DB Tricep Ext Abs Bench Dips Abs
Rest
2nd set:
Tricep Press Abs DB Tricep Ext Abs Bench Dips Abs
should i do it more like this?
Tricep Press: 1st set 1min Rest Tricep Press: 2nd Set
DB Tricep Ext: 1st Set 1min Rest DB Tricep Ext: 2nd Set
Bench Dips: 1st Set 1min Rest Bench Dips: 2nd Set |
