Hey guys im currently in my fourth week of my sustanon 250 cycle. I am injecting 375 mg every 3rd day. This is my fifth cycle. I have never experienced gyno. However about a week ago i noticed a very small lump under my left nipple. I started taking letro today. I also have nolva on hand. Do u think it is necessary that i end the cycle? What precautions do you guys think i should take. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
