this is my first time using Clen ill be using it in a two day on two day off format for about 4-8 weeks the other days ill be using an over the otc thermogenic... ill be starting at 40mcg a day working up to 80mcg
1. what time of the day do you dose and do you split the dose 2. do you take it on cardio days 3. is it better to run Clen and aas together 4. can you just run Clen alone

Good to start out slow, there is no need to go balistic with Clen.

1. i take mine morning and early afternoon 2. yes you take it every day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or 3weeks on 3weeks off 3. does not matter whether it's run with test or not 4. yes you can
start around 40-60mcg a day and work your way from that

Depends on your diet and cardio. I lost 30lbs in about 3 months (clen for 6 weeks) with diet and cardio in cutting phase.
Of course it is better to run it with gear because you will maintain more muscle mass, but all the times I've run Clen it was without gear and had good results. Don't take it 6 hours before you sleep. I split it between a morning dose and an afternoon dose.
It's good that your tapering up as I've had some pretty hard side effects from it (at higher doses), mostly a very active heart beat and insomnia...
