ive never heard of it and wouldnt do it . ibuprofen is for injestion , not injection as far as a i know . some sort of lidocaine rub over the injection site might work .

yeah, and besides.. it only really hurts the most the day after the injection and by then the ibuprofen has worn off

Yeah I rotate everything everyday. I even keep a log of my injections. I'm 10 weeks in on a 14 week cycle and I do 9 injections a week. I'm used to a little injection pain but it just seems like I'm kinda wearing everything out. My wife keeps asking "why is your ass always sore? whats wrong with your shoulder?
