Whats the longest i can run Clen for with benadryl suplementation. and can it be the pill form benadryl or does it have to be the liquid form |

The effectiveness of upregulating receptors with benadryl or ketotifen (much stronger) varies widely in my experience. Here's what it does for me:
No upregulating receptors = Clen effective for 3 weeks straight.
Benadryl = Clen effective for 4 weeks straight.
Ketotifen = Clen effective for 6 weeks straight.
I'm not sure about staggering dosages, e.g. 2 on/2 off and how it would extend effectiveness while using either benadryl or ketotifen. I'm assuming it would increase the length of effectiveness but I haven't experiemented with it personally.
