Today when I was injecting My EQ into my tricep when I pushed down on the syringe a sharp pain shot down my arm all the way to my hand, I immediately pulled the syrynge out and shot the rest to the side. DID I hit a vein? Do I need to be worried about an artery clot? As of right now it's 30 minutes later and I don't feel like theres anything wrong with my arm but if someone could enlighten me I would appreciate it.
