gonna start doing 2ius of gh a day 5 and 2...most for fat loss and hrt--i already take test 100mgs week..

ok im not sure when to take it..
i get up at 1030am and eat fruit cup w/ protien....then at 1130 i have my noexplode and pre workout fat burners--i then head to gym at 1230-1245 and finsh at 200pm...ok can i take my gh same time w/ my noexplode before the gym or what can i do.....
