okay Ive used the search option first and tried to read as much as I could. However I am still unclear about a few things. I am using nolva and Clomid for PCT. I read that I shouldnt use letro during PCT or while running nolva because of its affects on lipid levels and estro rebound. My question is Would it be okay to use letro after my PCT to combat some existing gyno(to try and shrink it some)? if not then what would you recomend? thanks & aloha |

Most of the time gyno that old will not be reversed by nolva. I think there have been a few (very few) documented cases where it has totally reversed it, but the odds are that it will not.
How bad is it? Usually surgery is the only option for this problem.
