for enanthate you really do not have to but I think twice a week is better because of blood level stabilization. Anyone disagree with that?

With the half life of enanthate once a week should kee blood levels just fine. I see no need to increase the frequency. The only reason I increase taking test more than once per week is if I mix another faster acting oil in the same pin

When I use Enanthate I usually take a 250mg shot on Monday and Thursday, I typically have 200mg of Deca with it on Monday and Thursday as well. That is just me personally, but I don't believe it really matters cause of the long half life. Once a week should keep the blood levels stabilized.

REALLY?? pretty high compaired to what? who?
yes dr. approved. dr. said some of his patients get away with 50 mgs and others up to 200mgs...said everybody gets different blood readings from the same amount of test.
