I'm a little confused here. In the profile it says the active life of Proviron is 12 hours but it's effects last about 24 hours...? So does that mean I have to split it into two doses or is taking the whole dose in the morning okay? |

i find taking 3 tabs a day works best for me, 1 in the mornin, 1 in the middle of the day & 1 @ night. i think you have to atleast split the dose into 2 though, because of proviron's short active life. i.e 1 dose in the mornin & 1 before bed.

Yup everyone is different, some will split it up and other don't, I fall into the don't category  JohnnyB
