I am considering splitting it up on non workout days, but im not sure. Im only 4 days in, and i will be running 4mg's straight this way, so roughly 40 days straight, then im going to run slin pwo on workout days only for 3 weeks after coming off the igf. Spot injecting isn't neceery with LR3, because it binds poorly to IGF-1 Binding Proteins, so it won't stay at the injection site like rhIGF-1. But if you want to inject like that if you want, it's not going to hurt anything. Other wise the way you are doing it is fine. Keep your protein up at 2 grams + per body weight.

Yea ive got my protein intake high. RJH said he had success with spot injecting, im just trying it out to see for myself. Thanks for the advice bro.
