I'm the FNG on the block. I'm 33 yrs old and have been active in football my whole life. At 6'3" 260 lbs, I've always been the big guy. Got married, had a kid and real life is kicking me in the butt. BF% is up to 25% (usually at 14%) and lifting time has been down. Usually able to put on size pretty easy. Want to BF% back down but want to still pack plenty of punch. Here are my questions:
1. Heard igtropin is a good start to bring body fat down and get the muscles more dense before starting a true cycle, is this true? 2. Looked at starting with 100mcg per day. Any suggestions? 3. Can you do a test cycle during or should I wait til after the igtropin?

why don't you just get yourself back into the gym... take some creatine and other supps for a few months and get yourself into a bit better shape before you start using gear or gear-related products... that's what i would do if i were you... because you want to maximise your gains from the gear... i would say 3-4 months of hard training could put you into a position where you could start cycling again because of your past experience with training

Yeah that makes a since. The issue is I am in the military and I got about 3 months to cut about 15lbs or 10% BF for overseas duty. Gotta get back to Hong Kong! That is why I looked at the igtropin as a kickstart. I have the time now to hit the gym hard. What is your view on the igtropin as a whole? Should I steer clear? Thanks for the advice. I lost 15 pounds in a week before a competition.(without cardio) Sounds like you need to change your eating habits. Dude eat as much chicken or fish as you can then hit the carbs. By the time you get to the rice you'll be full. Drink the hell out of some water also. You'll be fine

i would just do it naturally... clean up your diet... like rasscal said... fish, chicken and clean carbs... do atleast 30mins of cardio a day and you should be set bro... also lower your calorie intake/day ... if you're really set on using something go out and grab ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin.. do the ECA stack... or try and find yourself some Clenbuterol

If your dead set on taking something, read some post of people getting ready for a show. That should tell you exactly what to take for lean,hard gains.
