I will add that winny and deca has done well for some, but it is nothing I would recommend.

Bud, we can do a lot more for you in the diet and training forum than in here. The stuff you have laid out just isn't the right thing to do.
With help in diet and training, you won't need to do gear to acheive the goals you mentioned.
