ECA would be my choice out of the two but my all time favorite weight loss supp is trimspa. I was taking it to stay in my weight class but still eat like I was bulking and get strong. It started ripping weight off me so fast I had to cut back and then stop taking it. No jitters either.

I'll take ECA from the two choices mentioned above with an honorable mention going to yohimbine (I feel yohimbine is one of the most underrated thermogenics out there.
