Is there a steroid that doesnt increase these levels? I've been on 500mg test/wk and they're thru the roof causing me to come off.

You could always give blood.....I have the same problem and that's what I do.

also try getting 2 gallons of water in per day. the better hydrated, the greater plasma volume, and thus the lower the hematocrit. what was your percentage?
