12.5 is no problemo with EC, 25 is probably attainable as well but I havent tried.

Made 50ml at 25mg/ml. Heated it with EC and it came out fine

is it okay to put in grape seed oil? i made what i guess would be a suspension.

Its suspends wonderfully in vodka. Oil is fine, grapeseed oil is pretty good stuff.
