ok guys,, here it is,, i'm sitting on 24" wheels at 5'7"... i want 28"ers .... i have been reading as much as possible. i'm finding that high reps 15-20reps SEEM to be the growth choice. suggestions, comments, ideas? .. anyone .. Bueller, Bueller ? |

Squat. Heavy. Proper form. Make sure you get proper recovery between workouts...

High rep deads and leg press with a narrow footing.

Take Insane's suggestion and add some various leg positioning on the leg press...working the outer part of your quad will give you a better sweep...
