time on question and blood tests

i know that some guys here started their cycles earlier than they should not taking the usual time on = time off rule,so my main question is did it affect your recovery or gains or did it work ok with u ,and also for those who do blood tests when do you normally notice that your blood levels are back to normal again ...peace

I usually get my post-cycle blood tests done about a month after I am done PCT. By that time I am back to normal or close to it on the majority of my readings.

Because your body will need time to be normal to receive the full effects of getting back to normal. If you drive your cholesterol back down as soon as it normalizes then what was the point in getting it back up to normal in the first place? That goes for other health markers as well. If you are constantly yo-yoing back and forth from suppressed levels to normal levels, that's almost as bad as being constantly suppressed to begin with.
