You can still overtrain while on juice. The number of days you can workout a week is different for everyone. While on I do my weight training only 4 days a week, which is roughly eod.

yea, i overtrain sometimes when i juice, even at 100mg a week of testosterone and insulin use.
I find the every other day routine good.

To even be on juice, you must be experienced in lifting, so listen to your body. It will tell you whats good for you. I find my lifting time stays the same, it is just more extreme when i am on.
