 Newbie here, is 1cc a week enough Test Cyp?


Starting my 1st cycle ever at 27 and using test cyp. Is 1cc a week enough or should I be using more. Working towards building mass, strength and to cut up a bit.

Any feedback for a newbie is greatly appreciated.

Also, whats the cc-mg ratio/comparasion?

that's the question someone would ask you after you said you're taking 1cc. it can be 200, 250, 300, etc. do you have the amp/bottle in your possession? it would be on the label.

Exactly. look for '250mg/ml' or something similar. That would mean that you will be taking 250mg with each cc. And I feel that is too little.

like previously said need to know the mg content, im guessing its 200mg, i used 200mg a week and had awesome gains, but i think how you eat will determine your gains cause i ate till i couldnt eat anymore

250mg of test per week for 10-12 weeks is a perfect first cycle. I guarantee you that you will gan between 20 and 25 lbs taking just about anything for your first cycle and the lower dose will allow you to see how you react.

My first cycle was 200mg of primo per week with 50mg of winny EOD for 6 weeks and I gained 23lbs.

6' 4", 255, eating 3 square meals a day - some days 4 - but nothing special,
I've trained on and off but never made any substancial gain at any junctiour. I'm doing about 3-4 days weights a week and 2-4 days cardio (light job or basketball mostly).

I read the bottle and it's 300mg/ml.

So do you guys think 1cc is good 2x's a week, or should I bump it up?
