1st cycle

eca (Pharmy)10cc Pyramid 1cc,1cc,2cc,3cc,2cc,1cc
2nd cycle: test enthante (QV) 10cc Pyramid 1cc,1cc,2cc,3cc,2cc,1cc
3rd cycle: Sust 250 (Loeffler I think it was bogus) + Deca ran 1000mgs of sust and 500mg of Deca
{First Cycle} Starting weight 150 : Gained nearly nothing due to no knowledge about gear.
{Second Cycle} Starting weight 150 got up to 165 but lost most of it due to horrible diet, drinking, no PCT and then stoped training.
{Third Cycle} Starting weight 158 gained 12 then lost 4 did PCT (nolvy) currently 170
Heres my question you can see how my cycles have sucked and not done that much for me due to my mistakes. I want to bulk up to 190 with around 8-10 % BF. Would what would be the best cycle/stack to achieve these goals with the least bloat/water retention.
