200lbs 5/10 10-12% BF Been training 3Years natty, 7 days in a at 50mg ED ( 30am, 20 pm ) I'm lookin to get lean and cut with a little bulking.
This may be in my head but I'm feeling alot dryer and my muscles feel like rock, appeatite seems on overdrive!
When should I start noticing the Var ? So far my farts stink but thats about it! |

Is this your first cycle?
If so, you should see results very quick. Also, you will see much better results with the addition of creatine. They have a synergy.

Thx guys, a few hours after I train I'm getting insane pumps...almost painfull...feels good tho like i'm growing....I normally train 1 muscle group once a week, on var I feel like I could easily train the same muscle group twice...is this recomended or am i in danger of overtraining ? I just don't feel like I need the rest anymore...

and how are we supposed to know if training body parts twice a week would over train you?

Love var. SOme low dose test weould have been a nice addition even if you wetn short term with some prop
