What are some aas you can take for muscle hardness, I know Halo is one but isnt it hard on the liver. Im older now and dont want to torch the liver. Any suggestions?

I'm older too and the Tren and Prop combo really made me vascular while I was losing weight, and I didn't seem to lose much size. I guess that's what you mean by "hard".
