high dose 7 day crystal dnp cycle
before i ask would like to state that i have ran 2 previouse dnp cycle all being long term(2 weeks@200-400mg) and have done full research and am aware of its dangers.
From previouse threads ive seen members run higher doses for a short period of time with pretty amazing results. I am going to try a high dose 7 day cycle and see how long i can withstand the effects.(diet in check of course) my questions are:
1) How long should i start after coming of a 2 week cycle of Clen as far as t3 levels are concerned?(off Clen so for 3 days)
2)are high dose short cycles effective and will i be able to prevent becoming catabolic?(although dnp is stated to be anticatabolic)
3)Should i carb deplete a couple days prior since its going to be a 7 day cycle? and if i do carb deplete how many carbs should i consume after the first pill taken(day 1)
This is how it will look like: day1:200mg(crystal) days 2-5:400mg(crystal) days 6and7:600mg(crystal) -Sorry for the long post i would really appreciate advice or criticism towards this(thanks) | | Reply » high dose 7 day crystal dnp cycle |

1) Dunno
2) I would advocate a longer/low dose run rather than high ass doses for a short period of time like yours above. As far as being anti-catabolic or not I'd say that it'd be better to run it during cycle to be assured of minimal loss than to run it off cycle. But then again peeps run it off cycle, at what dose I don't know so that may be a decisive factor, and have had good results as well
3)If you're gonna run a 7 day run of DNP it'd most definately carb deplete. To be honest, IMO, I'd think a run like that is a waste and really serves no benefit. By the time it build up in your system and begins its effects your're about 3/4 the way through your run and have 2-3 days worth of "fat burning" assuming that your diet is in a position to yield maxmium benefits.
Why not take a low dose and run it for a longer period of time? That way it gives you more time with the DNP built up to prodcuce better gains. I wouldn't exactly call 2 weeks a long term run, maybe another 2 weeks on top of that would be. I've only run it once but I don't see the reasoning in running it like that. The possible gains don't appear to outweigh the potential risks. Take a low dose for a longer period of time and look at DNP as a SUPPLEMENT to fat loss and not a one stop pill. Over a longer period of time at a low dose, along with diet and training, you'll lose more than enough weight. Maybe someone with more experience will chime in and give better insight. let us know how it turns out though, be interested to see.
