Hey brothers i finally decided what i will run for my next cycle and i was wondering if any changes should be made such as making it shorter or longer. This is my 5th cycle and im hoping to gain lean mass from it and lose fat from dieting.
boldabol- 600 mg a week for 10 weeks testabol depot- 600 mg a week for 10 weeks methanabol- 30 mg a day for 5 weeks Proviron- 50 mg a day for 8 weeks PCT Nolvadex-40 mg a day for 6 weeks HCG- not sure exactly how much or when to take but I have 3x5000 iu plus solution |

What are your current stats (age, height, weight, training experience, etc.) and have you used all of those compounds in your previous cycles? If not, which ones have you not run before?

Im 22 5'11 218 12% bf and have been training seriously for 6 years. I have used boldabol(eq), and testabol depot,but never have used the other ones.

The cycle looks good. You may want to extend the testosterone by one week so that the PCT start times for it and the boldenone match up. Also, for what purpose are you running the Proviron?

You are looking to do a cycle to gain lean mass. What your looking to run looks good, and here are my thoughts, which is probably nothing new...but its by far the most important part of training whether your cycling or not. DIET!!! Always remember that your gains come from your diet, not what you are taking. If you are looking to put on lean mass, make sure your protein intake is high (at least 1.5g to 2g per body lbs.), your taking in moderate amounts of carbs and healthy fats. Spend a few hrs on sundays making your food for the week, come monday...pack up your egloo and eat like its going out of style. It doesnt matter what you take, if your diet is not up to par...your waisting your time and money. Once again, probably nothing you havent heard a billion times before, but for me...I need this to be cramed into my head over and over because getting in the gym and hitting the weights is not hard, DIETING...is hard!!!

I was told it would be good to take with it so i did research and saw that it would help with gyno and would be good anti-aromatase to help keep water retention down. Do you think it is pointless and do you think I should exclude it from my cycle?
