I need something to help me get my sleep back in check...I've been getting lots except for the fact that it's pretty much been at the opposite time it should be. I'm living like a night animal. It's fuckin up my school. It all started about 2 weeks ago with minor insomnia but now i'm totally off.
so what's best to take just for a couple days in order to get my sleep back to schedule...I need something to freakin knock me right out. And I have to be able to get it today. Give me me your recommendations. |

Supplementing with oral melatonin can help get your circadian rythems back in check, which is what you really need to accomplish. Fucking up your REM sleep with some sort of quick fix sleeping pill isnt the answer.

Yes melatonin does help. However at times i got very vivid weird dreams on melatonin which at times made my sleeping patterns weird. I sometimes had trouble getting up in the morning after taking it. 5-htp and tryptophan are both worth a try.

I have had no problems with generic sleep aids without the pain med in it. I fall asleep easily and wake up feeling good.
Melatonin works as well.

melatonin & benadryl two best IMHO. no hangover type feeling in morning.

Valerian Root works for me.
