undefined hi guys  i am money 32 yrs old never done body building but the question is that for the last 22 yrs my wt is stable 51 kg 1.e 112lbs my height is 5'3" and am operated for tumour of lerft adrenal gland,there is 12 inche cut on my stomach i cannot lift weight kindly sugeest me the best way my diet is balanced. thanks money email money_1226@yahoo.co.in  |

I think you have more pressing issues to worry about than your physique, especially (I emphisize that) since you cant lift weight. AAS wont do fucking jack shit without a solid diet and training regimen.
