i went to my doctor and told him what i was doing.. he did not agree with it but i told him everything and said it seemed like i knew what i was doing and everything was fine... hegives me blood tests when i want... if you're honest it pays off lol... but you can also go in and say you want to check how your body is doing because you have been worried and get a blood test that way... i dunno...

i just reccomend getting the basics the overall health indicators such as liver function test, cholesterol (hdl/ldl) a full cbc that sort of thing throw in test/thyroid levels....id try and be honest with your doctor but you could just go in and say youve been feeling out of sorts and you would like a blood test for the above
