not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not please move.
just looking for some basic info.
first off, my goal is to move up one maybe 2 weight classes (i'm a fighter by the way) i'm 5'9" 142 lbs. (featherweight ) i have been working out just over year and a half and i'm looking to make some serious gains over the next 18 months max.
I'm looking for something to help me get bigger and better gains quicker.
I don't want something to hardcore, but something that will make a difference, right now i'm just takeing my proteins, createins, and vitamins.
I was referred to a couple websites, legalsteriods.com etc.
but before i dove into the situation i wanted more direct info (surfing the web for hours and hours trying to find what i want sucks).
what what be best for my situation?
Is this even for me? or am i barking up the wrong tree?

WHat is your diet? not on any supre strict diet, yet, just stay away fomr junk foods, fast food, and get all my basic servings of the basic food groups
Do you weight train? yes

How much are you looking to gain? 25- 30 lbs would move up to my ideal weight classes

how old are you? lol, i was waiting for this, 18, but i never had any urge to move up in weight class, long and lanky dominated all the 5'6" 5'7" 142 pounders, now i wanna be one of those little stocky bastards

Can you be more specific? How many calories and grams of protein are you taking in per day? How often have you increased these numbers?

4500 calories and about 200-350 grams of protein per day.
can really tell you how often i increased these, did it when ever coach said to, but in the past year and a half maybe 7-8 times, sorry i can't be more specific.
