just got my hcg today (pregnylu). i have 9 amps with powder in them and 9 amps with liquid in them. the liquid amps are 1 ml each and the powder say 5000 jm on them. do i just mox 1ml of the liquid with 1 of the other bottles of powder. also what do i mix them in. to i just pour the liquid into the poweder and mix it in that amp? also does it have to be stored at a certain temperature while they are still 2 seperate parts or only once they get mixed and what is the best temp to store is at. thanks a bunch guys. |

Yes, you pour the liquid amp into the poweder amp, which in your case will yield a concentration of 5,000iu/mL.
I suggest you get some sterile vials. Mix one water amp with one powder amp. Let it dissolve. Draw the water up in a syringe and inject it into the sterile vial.
It only needs to be refrigerated after mixing.
For you, 1 unit on the U-100 insulin syringe will be equal to 50iu of hCG. At that concentration, you will definitely want to use insulin syringes. The 3mL syringes can't measure that accurately enough.

so i will need 10 units on a insulin syringe to make 500 iu. also one more question. when i go to the drugstore to get these insulin needles. what do i ask for exactly and what size? thanks
