ive just been doing my ass but thats getting to be too much. ive done my shoulders in the past but just started again. i dont like the shoulders because it affects my work outs cause they get too pumped up. i dont like quads at all and cant do them period. so should i do trap lats or chest? thanks and with trap lats or chest will i get the same absorbtion? |

if you're lean enough, pec shots are a breeze with a 5/8" 25g. and dont forget about the ventrogluteal region.

i really think the problem is from the npp i made. i might just figure out how to cut it down and keep the glutes and shoulders going.

have you ever tried a calf shot i have and its sore sometimes depending on what you shoot but if its not leg day your fine tris are good traps you might have to have some one else shoot i tried it a couple of time and i could get the needle in but pushing down it was hard to reach

yeah, try calves. the outside diamond doesn't hurt, but i did the inside and hurt like hell. try the vastus medialis, the teardrops above your knees. i always use them.
