I am happy to see Ivan win a title, he is the greatest catcher that has ever put a uniform on. As for the Yankees, you cannot buy clutch players, just ask baltimore, LA, Atlanta, and Boston, because they all had jacked up payrolls in the last 10 years and won nothing. As far as the Yankess go, except for Jeter and Matsui, they don't have any clutch batters anymore. They have alot of guys who like to hit homeruns in the 7th when they are either up by five or down by five. I would take Tino, Pual, and Brosius back any day of the week, and you can have Soriano, and Giambi.

I am a yankee fan and give my compliments to the marlins.They are the better team this year and deserved it.I'm sorry but my yankees did not have it this year. They are a very good team,but this year the marlins were destined to win it.It doesn't matter how much payroll you have,if your team cannot produce at the right time,then you are not going to win.I've been living in Houston for 3 YRS and no matter where I go,there are YANKEE HATERS everywhere.
