Ok here is my problem, while on gear my knees are shot and I can do squats anymore because then next or 2 i can not walk up stairs so I was wondering if I do heavy leg press and lungs and leg extenions will my legs still really grow?

Are you injecting into the thighs?
I experienced the exact problem you have stated when I would stick my thighs. I don't stick there anymore because I feel the recovery from the stick keeps me from doing any training (lifting or wrestling) as my legs feel like rubber.

no i shoot in my glutes but my knees just do not work good any more but then again I would go up to 500lbs on squats

- Take a 10 min ride on a stationary bike to warm up. - Do a couple sets of leg extensions to warm up the knees. - Use knee wraps to keep the joint warm
